I am planning to shift careers from being a health care professional to a real estate agent… I know that being a nurse in the United States is one of the best way to seek greener pasture but I don't want to leave my country alone because there is too much problem here (and it breaks my heart) including the brain drain of professionals. Professionals that should have been helping the country to move forward even if there are great risks at stake for them (or for us in my case).
So before I leave for the States, Australia or for United Kingdom I want to experience becoming a real estate agent. For sure other real estate marketing company will gladly accept me because of ahmmm… Hmm, let me think, ah… Because of my… hmmm… Professionalism?! Toinkzzzz…. Haha… But in case you know people who work for or who are into real estate, please do contact me. Maybe I wouldn't have to go abroad for my future after all… Let's wait for that day to arrive, and hopefully it will turn into reality and not just a mere insanity (wow rhyming!)…
Good Morning everyone! Have a great day ahead! I'm sleeping na!
Actresses and Actors in the Philippines now are running to Belo and Calayan for reconstructive surgery or plastic surgery and other aesthetic procedures. Celebrity plastic surgery is a good investment for actresses and actors in the United States and even here in the Philippines. Celebrities in Hollywood or elsewhere in the world only gets money because of their good looks and great body. That is why they have to do some reconstructive surgery if they look fat or something like that… Though it has complications in the past (Plastic Surgery), now they are trying to develop it to eliminate morbidity and bring people who are busy, and who don't have time going to the gym to clinics to eliminate the excess fats and the part that they dislike the most. And in case you are interested, try it! haha! If you all have the money!
The Philipppines may be the only one left in the world where the church and politics are one and the same. Politics will not mobilize without the prior consent of the Church (But of course, this is my own thought). Remember the issue about PAGCOR about building a E-City? The idea was blocked by the Church because it is a no good for the children and for the people for it can ruin lives and people may be addicted to it! You see the logic? Haaayyy… If and only if the church will not interfere with politics, the country today might be reaping into greater heights, making good investments… I also dream of the Philippines as a center of the world… Bringing the Philippines to the world and the world to the Philippines would be great… PAGCOR really made a good thinking there, casinos are one of the best asset of America to lure in visitors, look at the San Diego casinos, and the oh so popular Las Vegas casinos… The casinos are one of the reason that makes America the wealthiest!
I was browsing the internet today, don't know what to do and what to search in the virtual utopia since I have finished checking all my accounts until a certain word came into my mind - Forbes. So I checked the website to see who are the top billionaires worldwide… But the number one spot (Bill Gates) didn't really caught my attention… What caught my attention was George Lindemann, a 70 year old billionaire whose industry is entirely of investments. At first selling contact lens design until he acquired cable television licenses to cellular phones and many more! He is really a hardworking man! I wish everybody could follow his footsteps…
Hope you learned something!

Living in the Philippines is hard. "Isang kahig, Isang Tuka" - the usual words I can hear to people who are not wealthy and indeed eats one meal a day.
That is why the students who are entering college nowadays are taking up courses that will help them to get out of this place to find a greener pasture abroad especially United States… I want to live there, especially in San Diego. And today there are a lot of San Diego Homes for Sale! (I wish I could buy one… tsk tsk tsk…). United States is the land of milk and honey, a first world country, and by far one of the best place to live and raise a family… And those students chose a medical career that is really in demand not just in the United States but also the rest of the world. (I am one of those students who took nursing as a career.)
As a nurse, I also want to live and work in the States. It's not that I don't love my country, it's for my future's sake! I just want to make money to raise a family in the future. There are a lot of opportunities that are waiting for everyone there! And all you need to do is to cope with everything there, the weather, the people, the culture. Next is to establish yourself there, and lastly be thrifty and you're bound for a good harvest!
Whew! I know it's summertime now here in the Philippines and I posted some of the best beaches here in Davao City… So, hopefully I could see all of you here in Davao! And besides, the place is really fascinating! But if you all decided to go abroad for the summer break or in any place here in the Philippines rather than Davao it's up to you, it's not my vacation anyways! haha…
So we all know that it's summertime(kulit ko ba? hehe), we pinoys have pets especially dogs at home. We love dogs… But what if your break will be a week or worse a month! Are you willing to leave you dogs at your own backyard without anyone watching it? I guess not! Here's a best solution for everyone, pet boarding. The process is simple, you just have to leave the care of your dogs to special trainers and they will take care of your dogs grooming, and lifestyle(toinkzzz! haha, what lifestyle?) while you and your family is having the summer break of your life without having anxiety disorders with regards to your dogs… So before you leave for your summer break, please place your pets to pet boarding so that there will be no problems for you and especially for our pets!
My sister and some of my girl friends turned out to be one of those glamorous females we often see on television and in the malls… Why did I say so? Simple, because they always have this idea of getting up hippy and being trendy! And they just want to express themselves and to be different from other people (to be unique in their own way). I mean what's wrong with that? For me, there is really nothing wrong with that as long as you can carry the dress you wear and you feel comfortable wearing it…
My Sister Hannah and Aileen
Aside from the fact that my sister and my friends wearing clothes that are hip or trendy nowadays, they always make it a point to have good clothing that will just not be like an ordinary wear and tear! They also sees to it that the design is fashionable and looks great. A lot of those stuffs are designer clothes which I find adorable and are neatly stitched! Even I love clothes with names! (and don't ask me if I am gay because I am not gay, I just love wearing branded jeans and shirts!). I don't persuade everyone to buy clothes that are branded, but for me those clothes that have names can stay with you for a long time, they are comfortable, and the fabric used are so great… It won't be a wear and tear thing anymore!
Today is Palm Sunday the start of the Holy Week for Christians… Time to reflect on the things we have done for the past year whether it is good or bad. A time of solemnity… Silence for the whole week… Let us not forget about the unconditional love GOD gave to us HIS sons and daughters… HIS never ending support for all of us, in time of our joys and sadness. HE is always there and never fails to listen to our prayers even how simple or complexed it is… Time to nilay-nilay everyone, and please never forget the reason of GOD's undying love for us…
Have a blessed Holy Week everyone…

I'm about to finish the season 3, episode 14th of Dr. House… As of this time, I am writing this post, so I am in a break! A break in watching House on DVD… Since I am in a break I opted to post a blog about House and the noble career behind it- Medicine.
