The PM to PM Relationship

    The world is transforming into a world of computers. There are a lot of highschool students now who will be taking about computer related degrees in colleges around the world for it is now the most in demand jobs. A friend of mine is a graduate of information technology and I give kudos to her for such, she might get a higher degree after her baccalaureatte status but in the end it is still up to her. I would be very happy if she’d be a project manager! Having MCIPT training in the will help her be successful in the global market.

    I’ve heard a story about a PM who have been paired with another PMP, this other PM is also a PMP and is working on his Master in Program Manager, this other PM is a type of person who is not willing to do basic practices of Project Management. Is that unfair or what? I mean, even if you are a person who have higher status you must also do basic tasks so that there wopuld be solidarity in your works, and other works to come in the future!  Why can’t he be just anyone else who is in a group and is trying to help his partner so to get positive solutions in any given problems! PM plus another PM should collborate with each other, talk with each other for good output of works and should leave all their differences behind!
