Hey guys! It's summertime once again… Have any plans for your summer vacation? Well if you don't have any plans for summer, I have a suggestion for all of you guys… Since I am living here in Davao City, I thought of partaking the scenic wonders of Davao that will capture all of your attention!
If you all want a place where tranquility and beauty co-exists… Pearl Farm is the place for you! It is located in the Island Garden City of Samal… The place is very lush and is far away from the city life, though it is just an hour away from Davao City… Pictures of Pearl Farm below…

If you are an eccentric type of person, and never want to be out of touch to the city. You might as well want to visit Vanishing Island, Paradise Island located in Babak District, Island Garden City of Samal … There are many amenities! It has the best diving spots more than you can imagine, jetskis available, and windsurfing… And the journey is less than thirty minutes away from the City of Davao… Pictures below…
Vanishing Island

Paradise Island

You might also want to try to go to other islands of Samal such as Talicud Island, Canibad, Isla Reta, Kaputian, and Ligid Island… Sorry I have no pictures available…
And one more thing… If you are a nature lover, loves garden, and forest like scenery, try Eden Nature Park located in Toril, Davao City.
A mountain lover? Try Lake Agco located near Kidapawan City, a two hour drive away from Davao City! Lake Agco have both cold and hot springs rich in sulphur! And one more thing, it's in the foot of Mount Apo! Pictures below…

I hope you will all go here! And enjoy! hehe
Hi Janus! We’ve been to Davao last November. We stayed at Pearl Farm and explored their beach. I don’t know if it was the time of the month but the water wasn’t very clear. Even when we went snorkeling, we couldn’t clearly see what’s underwater. Plus, when we went to the island opposite the main resort, there were snake-like sea creatures and we were grossed out! I swore we’d never go back there. Boracay is still the best. And I was surprised how clear & clean (no itch from jelly fish and planktons) San Juan Batangas, San Juan La Union, Bolinao Pangasinan, Moalboal Cebu, Ilocos, & Camiguin (to name a few) waters were compared to that of Davao. I was really disappointed. We’ve been to A LOT of beaches in the Philippines and that of Pearl Farm went below our expectations, Tsk, tsk.

Posted by janusrichardronimo at March 14, 2007, 11:21 pmhey, di kasi machange yun eh… kung ano yung nasa water, kasi the government is trying to preserve the virginty of Samal…
Kaya hindi na siya pwedeng ayusin… pero sana they should try to clean it up kasi medyo maganda naman ang view ng samal…
sighs for your expectation…

Posted by Coach Outlet Store Online at September 30, 2011, 1:39 pmI found your site from wikipedia and read a few of your other blog posts. They are cool. Pls continue this great work. Later on other fantastic American rock acts such as Lynrd Skynrd, The Eagles, America, the Allman Brothers, and the Doobie Brothers would come on the scene and shake up the world with their string of hit songs.
Posted by Coach Factory Outlet at October 11, 2011, 1:06 pmAt the networks I wandered. By chance after your web site, read your post. Very fruitful, thank you for sharing. On the Internet, it is hard to find useful information. Thank you.
